Yoga Classes at Home

There are many benefits from practicing yoga every day, and it isn't always possible to attend a class. Therefore I have created some FREE online yoga classes on my YouTube Channel, to help motivate you and guide you at home. Please click here to see a list of classes

Lets get started!

All you need is a YouTube account which you can set up for FREE, a suitable space at home, the internet and a yoga mat!

khis month's yoga calender encourages you to follow a routine once or twice a week - Mondays - Stretches the shoulders, Tuesdays - Gentle/Chair Yoga, Wednesdays - are a mixed variety of classes, Thursdays - are aimed to stretch and strengthen the legs, Fridays- follow the Moon Salutation and are mixed, Saturdays - a new yoga class will be uploaded at 6am (GMT) and Sundays - are to improve overall wellbeing. You can either practice a little bit of yoga everyday if you have the time, or you can choose a set day of the week, or mix it up, whatever suits you. 30 Day Yoga Challenge: January 2019- A new video is uploaded everyday at 6am: Click on the link (left photo) to download, print out or save (Please note the link works better on a laptop or computer). It can be started at any time and done at any time of day. If any of the classes aren't suitable to you or your level, you can skip that class and repeat one of your favourites.
