Level 1 Course: 1 day from 9.30am until 5pm
Reiki is a Japanese holistic light touch energy-based treatment. Working to re-establish a normal energy flow throughout your system, which can in turn enhance the body's innate healing ability.

The Level 1 Workshop
The level 1 course is for individuals who have not studied Reiki before and would like to learn more about it. At the end of the training you will be able to carry out a self-healing Reiki treatment on yourself and on friends and family.

Reiki Level 1 Assessment
Small group classes ensure you will feel comfortable and confident and you will progress quickly, and will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you need to.
All courses include a manual and certificate, please bring a packed lunch and snacks.

*An additional flat fee of £95 + travel expensive is payable for 1-2-1 tuition in your own home.
* Non-scheduled 1-2-1 and weekend courses at our venue cost an additional 25% of the normal course fee.

¨I did a one-day first degree Reiki course with Sarah in Mancora, Peru.
